Who works with my child?

When is the homework help service available?

Your child can receive homework help from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST Sunday - Thursday.
Your child can log on and get live tutoring anytime during business hours. They can ask as many questions as needed to ensure they don't get left behind in any of their classes.

Twenty minute sessions are used to ensure your child's attention span does not interfere with learning. If by chance the 20 minutes goes by, all tutors are instructed to wrap up the session and return to the waiting room to tutor any waiting students. If by chance your child runs out of time, they can print their homework question out and use it during their next tutoring session which can begin at anytime during business hours.

Do I need a separate account for each of my children?

One account can be used by your entire family. Your entire family can log on at separate times and use our homework help service. That's right, you're whole family can take turns logging on and receiving all the live 1 on 1 homework help they need. You will not be charged anymore no matter how much tutoring you decide to use.

What type of computer do I need to use the homework help service?

How do I cancel my subscription to eHomework Help.com?

First you need to log into your e-Office using your username and password provided to you when you signed up. After you have logged into your e-office, click on the cancel subscription button.
